How to Return
Complete our Return Form and include it inside your parcel. Returns without a completed form cannot be processed. Send your return to the address on the form within 28 days of delivery. Allow up to 7 business days for processing once received — this may be extended during peak periods and school holidays.
Return Conditions
All returned items must be in 100% resaleable condition. This means items must be:
Unworn and unwashed
Free from marks, stains, makeup, and deodorant marks
Free from odours, dust, fluff, and hair (including animal hair)
Returned with all original swing tags and packaging attached
To keep our garments in their purest form, we kindly suggest removing makeup and avoiding deodorant before trying on your items. This ensures each piece stays fresh and ready for its next mindful home.

We kindly ask that all communication with our team remains respectful and courteous. We understand that waiting for a response can be frustrating, and we genuinely appreciate your patience — we always aim to get back to you as quickly as we can.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who does not communicate respectfully.
Return Postage & Fees
Return postage is at the customer’s expense unless the item is faulty. We strongly recommend using a tracked delivery method — we cannot process refunds for items we have not received.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at [email protected]. Faulty items are handled in accordance with USA Consumer Law.
